Who we are

Nikar measures how businesses in Israel appear in the answers of artificial intelligence engines. For any question: [email protected].

The service

The free check runs Hebrew questions on one answer engine and returns a measurement report. The results are a measurement of answers at a point in time. We do not promise ranking, citation, leads, or that a score will improve.

Reports

Every report sits at a unique address that is hard to guess. Anyone who has the link can see the report.

Acceptable use

No abuse of rate limits, no resale of engine output as a competing measurement service, no unlawful use. We may refuse a check that violates this.

Privacy

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Privacy policy

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Israeli law, Nikar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a report. Mandatory consumer rights remain.

Changes

A material change will be posted with a new date at the top of the page.

Paid packs

The Hebrew version prevails.

• 3-engine pack, ₪9.90: the same questions as the free check (up to 20), run on up to 3 engines: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude).
• Every pack is a one-time purchase, with no subscription and no recurring charge. A pack does not add new checks.
• The final price, including VAT if it applies, is shown on Paddle's payment page before payment is confirmed. Paddle is the seller of record (Merchant of Record) and issues the receipt. This is not an Israeli tax invoice.
• The report measures which businesses are named in the engines' answers at the time of the check. It does not promise appearance in answers, enquiries, or customers. Answers change between runs.
• Sources shown in the report are the sources the engines cited. Nikar does not verify their content.
• Cancellation and refund: the report is produced and delivered immediately after payment. Because it is information supplied by digital means, the cancellation right under section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law does not apply after it has been delivered (section 14C(d)). If the report was not produced or was not delivered in full, or if a run on an engine that was purchased failed, a full refund is given on request. Paddle's refund policy also applies, and nothing here waives rights that cannot be waived by law.

One-time engine pack — Merchant of Record experiment

These sections apply only to a one-time engine-pack purchase during the Merchant of Record experiment. They prevail over any other wording on this page for that purchase.

Seller

During the payment experiment, the legal seller of the engine packs is Paddle (Merchant of Record). Nikar supplies the measurement service as Paddle’s supplier.

The customer receives an invoice/receipt from Paddle — not an Israeli tax invoice (חשבונית מס) from Nikar.

There is no promise of a tax invoice, Morning, or Israeli VAT on this path.

Refunds

Refunds and chargebacks follow Paddle’s policies, subject to Israeli consumer rights that cannot be waived.

MCP search pack

A one-time pack of 100 searches for ₪49, paid via Paddle as Merchant of Record. Not a subscription. Not Business/Brand plans. Not the audit engine packs (₪9.90).

1 search = one nikar_search call (one question across available engines) = 1 from quota.

You get raw answers from engines that have keys, plus a Nikar summary (mention / rank / SoV). Point-in-time measurement only.

We do not promise ranking, citations, leads, revenue, or that scores improve.

Seller and invoice

During this payment trial, the legal seller of the MCP search pack is Paddle (Merchant of Record). Nikar supplies the search service as a vendor of Paddle.

The customer receives a receipt/invoice from Paddle — not an Israeli tax invoice (חשבונית מס) from Nikar.

There is no promise of an Israeli tax invoice, Morning, or Israeli VAT on this path.

Delivery

Quota is credited to the account after payment confirms; the API key is created via Clerk from the dashboard; use follows the Connect instructions.

If payment succeeds but quota is not credited for reasons on our side, we credit or refund at our choice (via MoR process).

Refunds

No refund for unused search quota on day-1 (same class as one-shot packs), subject to mandatory Israeli consumer rights that cannot be waived and Paddle chargeback rules.

Acceptable use

The key is personal to the account; do not share it as a public service; do not resell raw engine output as a competing measurement API. Rate limits and abuse may revoke the key. Unlawful use is refused.
