This document describes the terms of use of Nikar’s measurement service. It is written according to what the system actually does.
Who we are
Nikar measures how businesses in Israel appear in the answers of artificial intelligence engines. For any question: support@nikar.co.il.
The service
The free check runs Hebrew questions on one answer engine and returns a measurement report. The results are a measurement of answers at a point in time. We do not promise ranking, citation, leads, or that a score will improve.
Reports
Every report sits at a unique address that is hard to guess. Anyone who has the link can see the report.
Acceptable use
No abuse of rate limits, no resale of engine output as a competing measurement service, no unlawful use. We may refuse a check that violates this.
Privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Privacy policy
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Israeli law, Nikar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a report. Mandatory consumer rights remain.
Changes
A material change will be posted with a new date at the top of the page.
